Bahama Grill is a takeout restaurant with a few seats for convenience, based in Nassau Bahamas, serving good, fresh, healthy Island food fast at a reasonable price, in a clean friendly and professional environment. Orders can be placed on-line, via telephone or by visiting the restaurant. Either way the food will be prepared fresh to order and served fast. Orders can be placed with a specified time to be picked up or delivered. This allows the working public to place an order and have it delivered or ready for pickup at a specified time.
Bahama Grill specializes in Ribs, Chicken and Conch, which is cooked to perfection and served with a choice of Island style sides. The menu includes Hickory-Smoked Pork, Baby Back and Beef Ribs, Grilled, BBQ and Rotisserie Chicken and Grilled Conch. The selection of sides are Fresh Baked Daily Cornbread, Peas and Rice, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Homemade French Fries, Fresh Roasted Corn on the Cob, Fresh Mixed Vegetables and Plantains.
The Ribs are seasoned with a special rub and slow smoked before being marinated with one of three sauces. These sauces include our signature House BBQ, spicy BBQ and Tropical BBQ. The Grilled Chicken is seasoned with a special rub before being grilled to perfection and marinated with one of the three sauces. The Rotisserie Chicken is seasoned with a special Island rub before being rotisserie to perfection. The Grilled Conch is taken fresh from the sea and placed on the grill in a foil with herbs and spices.
